Title: Limited time for edit feedback and early finalize 0 point reflect on ratings

I strongly suggest limited time for change feedback. 7 days is more then enough for sorting any eventual dispute with seller.
Main reason in not doing that is many early finalize what require more time so in this regard I suggest separate selection 0 points reflection on sellers reputation for "early finalize" transaction. That selection has text "early finalize" and buyer can not add anything else and can be changed to normal limited 7 days edit enable feedback.
So "early finalize" transaction does not reflect to the vendor rating until changed to normal rating system feedback what has 7 days limit time ability to edit/change.

Report to SR Support particular feedback with commend can be nice feature too and sellers response.

That's a GREAT idea - early finalizers shouldn't show up at all with any feedback, but it's hard to allow for shipping time and whatnot.

I can see a few kinks in making it work, a couple of sticking points and edge cases, but yeah, the basic concept of your proposal is more than sound.
